A woman from Madhya Pradesh has alleged that she has vital information about the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and has sought police security.
According to Deputy Inspector General Harinarayanchari Mishra, the woman is a resident of Mumbai and is currently staying with her relatives in Indore, who recently met him.
“She claimed that she knew Rajput for a long time, and has some vital information about the actor’s death,” he said without revealing the identity of the woman.
The police officer was quoted saying by news agency, "She said she will reveal it in a factual manner at an appropriate forum on demand. She has expressed the need for security and we have assured her to provide the same as and when required in a swift manner."

The woman, who was part of some news debates post-Rajput’s death, also alleged that her Facebook account was hacked and the cyber cell of police is conducting an investigation into it, another cop said.
Reportedly, SSR was found hanging at his Bandra residence in Mumbai on June 14.
