An actress on Friday lodged an FIR against a financier in Mumbai's Juhu and accused him of molesting her on the pretext of giving her money for video recording. As per reports, after the actress' complaint, the Juhu Police have lodged an FIR against the financier under sections 354, 506, and 509 of IPC and an investigation has been initiated. As of now, the identity of the actress and the accused have not been disclosed by the Mumbai Police seeing the sensitivity of the case.
The actress in her complaint has alleged that she was molested on the pretext of being paid for a video recording. When she opposed it, the accused abused her. She also said that the accused threatened to kill her.
