Model-turned artist and songwriter has filed a case of sexual assault against a dozen of men including the actor Jackky Bhagnani. The model approached the police on May 10 to file a complaint.
It is being learnt that Police have recorded her statement and the case has been forwarded to DCP Zone 9 office on May 18.
Reportedly, an FIR has been registered and several high-profile men are named in it. The FIR includes the names of – actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani, photographer Colston Julian, Kwan Entertainment co-founder Anirban Blah, Krishan Kumar from T-series, Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamat, producer Vishnu Induri and many others.

The information officer has recorded an official statement of the model. The officer said, “The model has named well-known photographer and eight other including the son of producer, a Bollywood talent manager and a film producer in her complaint alleging rape and molestation.”
As per the complaint, the photographer took advantage of the model and raped her during the photo session in Bandra between 2014 and 2018. The model has also said that she was raped and molested by eight others on different occasions.
The FIR has registered under sections 376 (n), 354, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). So far, nobody has been arrested.
