Ever since the Republic TV has accessed the copy of the FIR which stated India Today in TRP scam, people are slamming the Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh. Now the Mumbai Police have admitted that India Today's name is in the FIR.  Joint Commissioner of Police Milind Bharambe talking to a media channel said India Today was named in the FIR but neither the accused nor the witnesses corroborated the claim.

Milind said, "In the FIR, the name of India Today is mentioned, however, it is not substantiated by any of the accused or witnesses. On the contrary, the accused and witnesses are specifically mentioning the names of Republic TV, Fakt Marathi, and Box Cinema. Thorough investigations are going on."

Meanwhile, Arnab Goswami has said that the Mumbai Police are trying to suppress their voices in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. The Editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami is soon going to be summoned by the Mumbai Police.
