Ever since Dr. Sudhir Gupta (AIIMS Forensic Panel Head) has ruled out the murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's case and called it a clear case of suicide, the late actor's family and fans are in shock. While Sushant's fans and family members have sensed some foul play in the report prepared by the  AIIMS, Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh has responded to it.

Talking to a news channel, Param Bir Singh on the AIIMS report said, "We are not at all surprised by this. It was the finding of the team of Cooper Hospital as well. All those who criticized our investigation without any information, going to different channels, and making comments, I challenge them to reveal what they know as the probe was entirely confidential. It was all about vested interests & a motivated campaign."

Talking to Times Now, Param Bir Singh also said, "Our investigation was never transferred to the CBI. It was the Bihar Police investigation which was transferred to the CBI. Our investigation is still continuing. The honorable Supreme Court was satisfied with our probe."
