In a massive development in the TRP scam case, Mumbai Police on Wednesday raided Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami's residence. Going by the reports of Republic, the Mumbai Police entered Arnab's house early morning and that too without any summons.
Going by the reports, 10 to 12 Mumbai Police officers entered Arnab's residence early morning and searches were being conducted. If reports are to be true the Mumbai Police will detain Arnab Goswami in the TRP scam case and will later register his arrest.
Meanwhile, Arnab Goswami alleged that the Mumbai Police forcefully entered his house without any official summons and physically assaulted him.

Arnab Goswami's wife narrated when 10 officers of Mumbai police barged in. As per Arnab's wife, the moment when cameras were not turned on the Mumbai Police physically assaulted in front of his family and he was dragged by his hair. The Mumbai Police told the wife of Arnab that he will be going to Raigarh Police Station.
From the past few weeks, Arnab had been reporting aggressively against Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh for incorporating his name in fake case
