The much-awaited Murder Mystery 2 Trailor was finally released on Monday with Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston and actor Adam Sandler reuniting for the comedy-thriller movie. As soon as the trailer of Murder Mystery 2 trailer was released, it started trending worldwide, especially in India. Murder Mystery 2 trailer shows a touch of Indian attire when both Jennifer Aniston and actor Adam Sandler Indian ethnic wear in one of the scenes of the movie. When fans started to dig, it was revealed that Jennifer Aniston wore Bollywood celebrity fashion designer Manish Malhotra's Lehanga in the Hollywood movie. Ever since then Jennifer Aniston's Manish Malhotra Lehanga went viral and fans started hailing the ace fashion designer. In fact, Dharma owner and film-maker Karan Johar pointed this out.

In the trailer, Jennifer Aniston is seen dressed in an ivory lehenga, which is reportedly designed by Manish Malhotra. Fans on Twitter were delighted to see the F.R.I.E.N.D.S star in a desi ensemble. Without much ado, take a look at the tweets. KJo commented on the post stating, “Go Manish!!!!! It’s your lehenga” while another user said, “Seeing Jenn in an Indian outfit, now I’ve seen everything.” The official Instagram page of Manish Malhotra’s label dropped white heart emojis on the post.

Directed by debutant Jeremy Garelick, the Netflix comedy has an ensemble cast that includes Adeel Akhtar, Kuhoo Verma, Mélanie Laurent, John Kani, Tony Goldwyn, Jodie Turner-Smith, Dany Boon and Mark Strong. Just like the first instalment of the franchise, James Vanderbilt has penned the screenplay of the sequel. In the two-minute-38-second-long trailer, fans can see Nick (Sandler) and Audrey (Aniston) crashing a van into a small cafe in Paris. Then Nick gets a phone call from their friend Maharaja (Akhtar), who invites them to his wedding on a private island. On the island, they meet again Colonel Ulenga (Kani) and witness a grand Indian wedding rolling in with Bollywood dance numbers. However, amid the chaos of the ceremony, Maharaja gets kidnapped. The Spitzes try to solve the mystery but are halted by the arrival of a group of ‘real detectives’ led by Mark Strong's character. The kidnappers ask for USD 50 million to be delivered to Paris. The clip ends with some highlights of the proceedings with a heavy dose of humour.

It is pertinent to mention here that Murder Mystery, the first film of the franchise, was released in 2019 and was directed by Kyle Newacheck, who previously helmed TV shows like Community and Parks of Recreation. Apart from Sandler and Aniston, the film also featured Luke Evans, Gemma Arterton, Luis Gerardo Méndez, Shioli Kutsuna, Dany Boon, Adeel Akhtar and John Kani.
