Naagin 3 Fame Pearl V Puri Arrested For Allegedly Raping Minor, Case Registered Under POSCO Act

This morning, disturbing news from the television industry has arrived. Fans of Pearl V Puri may be in for the shock of their lives when they learn that their favourite actor has been jailed for raping a minor girl. Yes, indeed! Yes, you read that correctly. In this case, the Mumbai Police have detained the Naagin 3 star and five others.

In Vasai, Pearl and five others were arrested. Neither the actor nor his crew has responded.

Sanjay Patil, DCP Zone 2, Mira Bhayander Vasai Virar, spoke out regarding the arrest of the Naagin 3 star. “The event happened a long time ago,” he continued, “but the 17-year-old child victim reported it to us at the police station with her mother, and we filed a complaint under Section 376 (r*pe) of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO) Act, 2012.” 

Pearl V Puri has been remanded in police custody by a Vasai court, according to Patil. He refused to say anything else because the matter is under the POCSO Act.

Pearl V Puri’s Naagin 3 co-star, Anita Hassanandani comes in support of him. Sharing a photo with him on Instagram, she wrote, “Woke up to some nonsensical news bout @pearlvpuri I know him! It is NOT true … canNOT be true…. all lies. I’m sure there is more to it. And the truth will be out soon. Love you @pearlvpuri #ISTANDWITHPEARL.”

This is truly shocking news for everyone connected with Pearl. All we can do is hope and pray that the actor is innocent and that this is all a nightmare.
