Navratri preparations are on in full swing in Surat and ahead of the celebrations, women got tattoos painted on their bodies with watercolors. Really quirky tattoos in fact, with subjects of their body art ranging from Chandrayaan-2, road safety and Article 370.

One of the women opted for Chandrayaan-2 as a subject for her body art while another tattoo depicted a police officer putting a helmet on a man. "Follow traffic rules," the message painted beside the tattoo read. Another woman posed with her body paint tattoo that featured a pictorial representation of Article 370.
It appears that the internet loved the concept of tattoos and shared the pictures widely across social media. The images have garnered over 1400 likes as well. "That's nice and innovative," a user said while another described the tattoos as "Superb".
