With a view to senstise school heads, members of the Zila Sikhiya Sudhar Team, District mentors, Block Mentors, Block Nodal Officers of the district, the District Education Officer (Secondary), Jagjit Singh, today held a zoom meeting with them.
He asked them to ensure strict adherence to the COVID-19 guidelines so that the healthcare along with the study of the students could be properly taken care of.
The proper arrangement of sanitizers, wearing of masks, social distancing should be ensured. He also asked them to make the students, parents, panchayats, SMCs aware about the COVID-19 precautions to ensure proper compliance in schools as well as in society to combat spread of virus.
The vast social media network like Whats app groups and face book pages of schools should also be utilised to create awareness, he added.
