NCB allegedly gives clean-chit to Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, and Karishma Prakash

Reports say that the NCB officials asked Padukone and Karishma Prakash the same set of questions in separate rooms.

There are many claims and reports floating that the NCB has not given the clean-chit to any actresses who were summoned in the narco case. Now a report of Etimes speaks otherwise. Going by the reports of the eminent media organization,  the NCB has 'almost' given its clean-chit to Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, and Karishma Prakash. 

Reports say that the NCB officials asked Padukone and Karishma Prakash the same set of questions in separate rooms. As=n NCB Official said, “We were satisfied as both corroborated the codes." NCB was questioning the duo over their 2017 WhatsApp chats where they had discussed certain code words and it was assumed they were discussing drugs.

On the drug chats, Deepika Padukone told the NCB that Maal and Hash were actually the code words for brands of cigarettes. 'Maal' is our code word. Hash was also a part of Deepika chat, in response to this question, Deepika said that Hash and Bud are the code words of their cigarette brand. Deepika also said that we call thin cigarettes as 'hash' and 'doobies' as thick cigarettes. 

On the other hand, the NCB Officials on record has said that the agency is matching the statements of the actresses and analyzing their phones confiscated from them.
