NCB summons Rhea Chakraborty to probe drug nexus row in SSR's case

Reportedly, the ED has already handed over chat records of the actress to the NCB

After being grilled by CBI in SSR's case, Rhea Chakraborty will now be quizzed by Narcotics Control Bureau for her alleged involvement in drug nexus row. NCB has already summoned Rhea to probe the matter. 

According to the complaint filed by the late actor's father KK Singh, Rhea is accused of abetment to suicide and money laundering among other charges. 

Going by the reports, the actress along with her brother Showik Chakraborty, house manager Samuel Miranda, talent manager Jaya Saha as well as the alleged drug dealer Gaurab Arya has been summoned by the NCB. However, the bureau has already lodged a case against Rhea and others. 

Reportedly, the ED has already handed over chat records of the actress to the NCB over a possible drug use angle in the late.

The investigating agencies have recovered the chats of Rhea which allegedly point that she was taking instructions from an unidentified person to shot dose of a drug to SSR. 

Earlier, it was reported that Rhea gave CBD oil to Sushant, which is banned and illegal. Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde had then issued a statement which said that she has never consumed drugs in her life ever. The statement also said that the actress is ready for a blood test anytime.
