Netflix fans are in for a delicious treat as the streaming service brings its first-ever pop-up restaurant for its loyal and dedicated fanbase of iconic shows spanning different genres and languages such as Money Heist, Squid Game, Stranger Things, Alice in Borderland, and many more. This experiment aims at strengthening the connection between the fans and the shows they binge-watch by bringing them dishes based on their favorite cooking shows ready to stream on the platform in real life, straight from the hands of the masters themselves to their plates.
The unconventional restaurant will be opening at the Short Stories Hotel on 115 S. Fairfax Ave in the City of Angels, Los Angeles 30th June onwards. The restaurant will be open from 5-10 pm seven days a week along with a special brunch time of 10 am to 2 pm on the weekends. The chefs responsible for crafting all the delicacies are Curtis Stone, Ming Tsai, and Andrew Zimmern of Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend, Dominique Crenn of Chef’s Table and Iron Chef, Rodney Scott and Ann Kim of Chef’s Table, Nadiya Hussain of Nadiya Bakes and Jacques Torres of Nailed It! There will also be customized cocktails curated by the mixologists from Drink Masters.
The specially designed menu has been kept under wraps so far and the same goes for the pricing as well. Although patrons can book a reservation on Resy or www.netflixbites.com. According to the description, reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $25 per person, which will go towards the final bill. This foray into the culinary world promises a unique and gastronomically beneficial treat to the patrons with the colorful and vibrant ambiance of the restaurant and the eccentric dishes they will get to savor specially made by culinary experts.
