New controversy over CM Mann's stomachache; Sant Seechwal gives clarification on the matter

Sant Seechewal said, "I drank the water before CM Mann. I didn't tell him to drink the water."

Two days after drinking water directly from Kali Bein, a spiritual river in Sultanpur Lodhi, Punjab's CM Bhagwant Mann was admitted to Apollo Hospital, Delhi due to severe stomachache. There is a controversy that CM gets ill after drinking Kali Bein's water. On this matter, Sant Seechewal said, "I drank the water before CM Mann. I didn't tell him to drink the water. He already had stomach upset."

Clearing about the situation, Sant Seechewal said that the water was clean. He had previously drank water. The TDS of the water was also checked after which CM Mann consumed it.

CM Mann visited Sultanpur Lodhi on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the cleanliness of holy Kali Bein on July 17. He drank the water of the river. Along with CM Mann, Sant Baba Balbir Singh Seechewal was also present. Sant Seechewal is an environmentalist and a member of the Rajya Sabha.
