USA's New Jersey witnessed a very rare February tornado on Tuesday afternoon after a strong storm wreaked havoc in Mercer County. The New Jersey tornado left many trees uprooted, damaged buildings and even destroyed many public properties. Later, the National Weather Service confirmed a tornado touched down in Mercer County on Tuesday afternoon saying, "The National Weather Service office in Mount Holly, NJ has confirmed that a tornado occurred yesterday, February 21, 2023, in the Quaker Bridge area of Mercer County, New Jersey," the NWS said in a Wednesday morning announcement.It further observed that significant damage were seen in parts of West Windsor and Lawrence townships.However, the exact amount of damage are being probed till now and the authorities will soon release their official statement. Now, there are multiple New jersey tornado videos are doing rounds on social media. Now, only this, an interview of a woman on Mercer County tornado is also being widely shared.

Sharing a video, a user wrote, "NEW JERSEY- A fast-moving storm led to significant damage and downed trees after a Tornado Warning was issued for parts of New Jersey on Tuesday afternoon."

Another user wrote, "Frozen, busted windshields after trees toppled during the storm, a possible rare Winter Tornado in New Jersey! @NWS_MountHolly will be out today to make that call but damage is extensive, and it’s freezing cold @NBCPhiladelphia"
