A shocking incident took place in Queens, New York, where a 75-year-old man was attacked. The elderly man had just arrived in New York on a visitor visa two weeks ago. The Sikh man was allegedly attacked during a morning walk; his nose broke and sustained serious injuries.
Nirmal Singh talked about the attack with a news portal. During the conversation, he was seen wearing a blood-stained jacket.
Narrating the incident, Nirmal Singh said that he was allegedly punched from behind during a walk on 95th Avenue and Lefferts Blvd. in Richmond Hill around 7 a.m. on Sunday. It has been only two weeks since Nirmal Singh arrived in the country and he was on a visitor visa.
