As per reports, First Lady of the US Jill Biden has worked with guest Chef Nina Curtis, White House Executive Chef Cris Comerford, and White House Executive Pastry Chef Susie Morrison to develop the menu for the State Dinner to be hosted for PM Modi. The dishes were displayed at a media preview at the White House. Nina Curtis is Director and Executive Chef for Adventist Health, Roseville Campus Vitaliz Café and Culinary Arts department. She is a popular leader in the plant-based culinary movement. She has been an advocate for a plant-based lifestyle for the past 20 years. She has worked for renowned names in the hospitality sector like Marriot Group, Hilton Hotels, Baxters, and Manhattan Beach, among others. Notably, it is Nina Curtis who has prepare a special vegetarian menu for PM Modi's State Dinner. “We have been working on this (menu for State Dinner) for a few months. After Chicago, she moved to Washington, D.C., and worked as a chef at two restaurants.
