Bihar CM Nitish Kumar sends official recommendation of CBI Inquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput's case

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has finally concluded the paperwork and has sent his recommendation for CBI Inquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. Nitish Kumar informed about the CBI Inquiry on his twitter account. Kumar on his twitter wrote in Hindi, "स्व० सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के पिता श्री के०के० सिंह द्वारा पटना में स्व० सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत से संबंधित दर्ज कराए गए मामले की सी०बी०आई० से जांच कराने हेतु राज्य सरकार ने अनुशंसा भेज दी है।"

"The State Government has sent a recommendation for the CBI to investigate the case filed by Late Shri Sushant Singh Rajput's father, Shri KK Singh, related to the death of Late Sushant Singh Rajput in Patna."

Recently, Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi raised questions on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. On her twitter, she wrote, "The statement from Bihar CM as being reported by media,if true, shows it is merely politics for him&not basis of constitutional legalities or getting Sushant justice Law&Order is state subject,CBI decision can only be taken by Maha Govt. Bihar police&govt have no locus standi."
