Noida: Maid pulled & dragged from elevator by woman to work in Cleo County society; Video Viral

Noida's Cleo County society video has been doing viral on social media and netizens are angry with the woman who allegedly beat the maid and forced her to work.

In an absolutely shocking incident, a domestic help was dragged from an elevator by a woman and was forced to work in Noida's Cleo County society in Sector 120. Noida's Cleo County society video has been doing viral on social media and netizens are angry with the woman who allegedly beat the maid and forced her to work. In the 42-second video clip, a woman can be seen pulling and dragging away her maid out of the lift. As soon as the video went viral an FIR was registered against the woman under relevant sections of the high-rise building.

It is pertinent to mention here that on basis of a man's complaint that his daughter was beaten by Shephali Kaul in whose house she worked, the case was registered at Phase 3 PS. ADCP Central Noida was quoted by multiple newswire who informed that the action will be taken on basis of evidence. In the video, one can see how Kaul is dragging her maid. Reportdly, Kaul used to tie her up and keep her in the house. She also used to stop her from going out, and used to beat her everyday.

Ironically in September, from the same society, a video had gone viral on social media showing a woman verbally abusing and physically assaulting a security guard. As the matter came to light, police arrested the woman.

Shefali accuses the Maid of theft

Notably, in a Twitter threat and a user named Shefali stated that the maid allegedly committed theft and claimed that she has all CCTV footage related to it. Furthermore, she accused the maid of mixing sleeping pills in her meal. "I have all CCTV footage and independent witness that she has committed theft and mixed sleeping pills in my meal," she wrote and shared the video.

After seeing Shefali's claim, a user wrote, "That doesn’t allow you to take law in your own hands. You could have fired her, May be stopped all her work in the society or lodged police complain. But the way you are dragging her out of lift looks like you are kidnapping."

On this Shefali responded, "But who took law in hands,4:00 am wasn't the right time to go police station when u don't have any gents or driver near by,around 6:30 or 7 police came, still what happened no one till now take any statement of Guards who caught her jumping the wall."

Another user wrote, "Mixing sleeping pills and stealing is very dangerous. U should have got her arrested. I understand ur anger but now this dangerous maid got to play victim because of her financial status. I hope u get justice shefali ji. Thanks for sharing full truth as media only shows masala."

On this Shefali wrote, "It's an incidence of the same day,a person who's working can't never change or use heavy jewelry, by chance a check box wr i find some jewelry missing and same day she tried to escape..if i was Harassing her how she was working with me from past 2 yrs..."
