Among the most-watched and talked about Bollywood films, Oh My God 2 is all set to be released on a streaming platform. Months after completing its theatrical run, Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam starrer movie OMG 2 will be available for streaming soon on an OTT platform. Oh My God 2 was released in theaters on August 11 and earned more than Rs 100 crore at the box office. Notably, OMG 2 was released along with Gadar 2. Oh My God 2 will be available for streaming on American streaming giant Netflix from October 8, 2023. Helmed by Amit Rai, OMG 2 discusses the need for sex education in the Indian education system especially in the school's syllabus. While the message is being fictionalized and dramatized with Akshay Kumar playing the character of Lord Shiva's 'Shivgan', Pankaj Tripathi is back at his best in the courtroom drama.

OMG 2 Storyline
Coming to Oh My God 2 storyline, the movie revolves around a staunch theist of Lord Shiva- Pankaj Tripathi who plays the character of Kanti Sharan Mudgal. Kanti Sharan Mudgal owns a shop in the complex outside Lord Shiva's temple and he is a great believer in him. However, his normal daily life changes, when his son was rusticated from a lavish British School as he was shot masturbating in the school's loo and thereafter his video goes viral in the city. Not only this, Kanti Sharan Mudgal's family had to face public humiliation due to this and ultimately they decide to leave the town. And there entry of Akshay Kumar sent by Lord Shiva enters the story. It was due to his advice, Kanti Sharan Mudgal apologises to his son for not being open about sex education and then he decide to sue the school and people who misguided his son in the name of increasing the length of his private parts. During the course of the court case, many facts are laid out and ultimately the importance of sex education and human beings' private parts in the school curriculum gets highlighted.
