Once again, Punjab farmers' accept the Centre's invite to meet on November 13

The earlier meeting failed to yield results.

Punjab farmers' organizations which are protesting against the Centre's contentiously passed Farm Laws has once again accepted the Centre's invite to meet Union Ministers on November 13 in New Delhi. 

This decision, however, was taken by the organizations in a meeting held at Kisan Bhawan Chandigarh today. 

State President of Punjab farmers' union, Ruldu Singh, who was present in the meeting, gave this information to the media houses over the phone. 

Notably, the meeting was called to decide about tomorrow's meeting with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar, and Railways Minister Piyush Goyal to end the deadlock in Punjab.

 In the meeting, Bogh Singh, State President, Bhartiya Kisan Union (Mansa), and Ruldu Singh, State President, Punjab Kisan Union, who were present in the meeting, said that a number of issues were discussed during the meeting though, the decision about the tomorrow's meeting invite was significant to take. 

It is pertinent to mention here Punjab farmers' organizations were earlier called in October to discuss the situation with the Union Minister Narendra Tomar, however, the latter sent his department's Secretary to convene the meeting which failed to yield results.
