Hollywood is filled with awards season right now. After BAFTA, Critics Choice Award, Golden Globes, Emmy, etc now it’s time for one of the biggest academy awards of the year Oscars 2023. Oscars 2023 will be the 95th Academy Awards this year. Oscars 2023 will be held on 12th March 2023, Sunday at 5-8 pm in Los Angeles. When & Where to watch the Oscars 2023?
The most important awards i.e. the Oscars 2023 will be live-streamed in India on 13th March 2023 at 5:30 am exclusively on Disney Plus Hotstar. Although the Oscars is only limited to English-speaking audience in India, but this time it has more hype in India. The reason why Oscars 2023 has interested Indian audiences is that this time three Indian nominations are competing for the award. Reportedly, SS Rajamouli’s RRR’s famous song ‘Naatu Naatu’ is nominated for Best Song. Along with this, ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ and ‘All That Breathes’ are competing in Oscars 2023 for Best Documentary Short and Best Documentary Feature respectively.
Along with the nominations, this is for the fist time that an Indian song ‘Naatu Naatu’ will be performed at Oscars 2023. Singers Kalabhairava and Rahul Sipligunj will be singing Naatu Naatu live at the Oscars. Another first includes Deepika Padukone from India as the presenter of awards in Oscars 2023.
