After the lockdown induced by Covid-19 and a new variantthat put entire Britain under pressure, the country vaccinated over 3.2 millionpeople, announced Prime Minister of Britain Boris Johnson.
The PM said that over 500,000 people will get vaccineevery day by next month. Jonson vowed, "Jab by Jab, we will win thisfight."
According to a report published in The Sun, Johnson stillcautioned the people against lowering their guard in the fight againstCovid-19. He said, "This is not the time for the slightest relaxation ofour national resolve and our individual efforts. So please stay at home, pleaseprotect the NHS and save lives."
Chris Whitty, Chief medical officer believes that now thepeak has passed for much of the country. He cautioned that the hospitals arestill expected to be under a lot of pressure due to large daily death toll.
The government also announced that the infections haveplunged by 23%
