The CBSE class 12 result was declared on 2 May, 2019 at 1 pm at the official CBSE site at cbseresults.nic.in. Overall pass percentage this year is 83.4%.

Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora of UP have scored 499 out of 500 and transpired as CBSE topper. Topper Hanshika Shukla in an interview said that she secured 99 marks in English and 100 in other subjects including History, Political Science, Psychology and Hindustani vocal subject. She did not join any tution and secured these good marks on the basis of her self study, it was reported. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal son Pulkit Kejriwal scored 96.4% in his Class 12th Board 2019.Sunita Kejriwal on her twitter account quotes elatedly “With God grace and well-wishers’ blessings our son has secured 96.4 percentile in CBSE Class XII. In high gratitude.”

Smriti Irani son Zohr has cleared CBSE 12th exam with fabulous 91%. “Ok saying it out loud— proud of my son Zohr..not only did he come back with a bronze medal from the World Kempo Championship also scored well in 12 th boards. Best of 4– 91% .. special yahoo for 94% in economics.. Maaf karna ,today I’m just a gloating Mom” shared Smriti on her Twitter account.

Estimatedly, Girls outperformed boys yet again.  Girls have a pass percent of 88.70 while boys have a pass percent of 79.40. PM Modi also took out some time out of his tedious schedule to congratulate the CBSE candidates.“Congratulations to all my young friends who have successfully passed the CBSE Class XII examinations. My best wishes to them for their endeavours. Kudos also to their parents and teachers for the valuable support." exclaimed the PM on his Twitter account.

For re-evaluation, candidates need to apply between May 24 and 25 (5.00pm) with a processing charge of Rs 100. Request for re-evaluation/challenges shall be accepted only for theory portion, as per the rules.
