Oxford-Astra Zeneca scientists are assessing the effects of variants of Covid-19 on the vaccine immunity, according to sources.

To combat more contagious or lethal variants of Covid-19, scientists are preparing to produce vaccines or make required changes if any. According to reports, the new variants of Coronavirus emerged from United Kingdom, Brazil and South Africa.

Feasability studies are underway by the team of Oxford-AstraZeneca to reconfigure the technology as per The Telegraph newspaper on Wednesday.
