Pak National Assembly Speaker caught abusing journalist on camera after resignation; 'Chup Bhen***'

A video is doing rounds on social media in which Asad Qaiser was caught snapping and abusing a journalist.

The Pakistan political turmoil finally concluded on Saturday night with the nation's Prime Minister Imran Khan losing the no-confidence motion in the National Assembly. Imran Khan on late Saturday night became the first Prime Minister of Pakistan to be ousted with a humiliating no-confidence motion in the history of the country. However, ahead of Imran Khan's removal, a series of leaders had tendered their resignation and one of them was National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser. Now, a video is doing rounds on social media in which Asad Qaiser was caught snapping and abusing a journalist. 

A Pakistani journalist named Azaz Syed on Saturday late night shared a video on his social media in which Asad Qaiser can be seen abusing him. Asad Qaiser viral video shows that the National Speaker lost his calm after resigning from his post and abused the journalist in the presence of Pakistan's Defense Minister Pervaiz Khatak and others.  In the Asad Qaiser viral video, the journalist can be seen asking him about the dishonour he brought to the designation after dissolving the National Assembly in an attempt to save the Imran Khan government. Following that question, irritated and angry Asad Qaiser abused the journalist which was caught on camera.

Can't betray Imran Khan: Asad Qaiser

ON Saturday late night, Asad Qaiser had refused to hold the no-trust vote against Imran Khan, saying that he cannot 'betray' him. The speaker reportedly said that since he shares a 30-year relationship with the cricketer-turned-politician, "he cannot allow the voting to take place." As a result, Asad Qaiser along with Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Qasim Suri had tendered their resignation. Following that the no-confidence motion was presided by Ayaz Sadiq. 

"Whether contempt of court is declared or disqualified, I am ready to suffer the consequences, whatever punishment I may be given, but I cannot betray Imran," Geo News quoted him as saying
