Poonch: Pakistan troops attempted yet another ceasefire violation on the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district, on Sunday.
The sources report that there was an unprovoked firing and shelling by Pakistan Army at Indian troops in the Gulpur area of Pooch district on the LoC today.
"Our positions retaliated strongly and effectively. No casualty or damage was reported from our side till reports came in", sources said.
Pakistani troops have violated the bilateral ceasefire many a times with impunity on both the LoC and the International Border (IB) in Jammu and Kashmir this year.
