PargatSingh, on Tuesday, assumed the office as School Education, Higher Education,Sports and Youth Services, NRI Affairs minister here at Punjab CivilSecretariat in the presence of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi.
Whilethanking the Congress high command and the Chief Minister, Pargat Singh saidthat he will try his level best to continue his efforts to fulfill theaspirations of the people of Punjab and party as well.
Heassured that under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Charanjit SinghChanni, he and all the staff of his departments would discharge their dutieswith utmost honesty and transparency.
Hesaid that the Congress government was committed for the overall development ofPunjab and concerted efforts will be continued in this direction by all means.
