Payal Ghosh demands Anurag Kashyap's Narco and Lie Detector test, tagging Prime Minister and Home Minister

Case under 4 sections 

A case has been registered against Anurag Kashyap under four sections. Section 376 (I) means rape, 354 i.e. assaulting a woman for breaching her dignity, 341 i.e. wrongly restraining a woman and 342 i.e. taking someone hostage. Of these, 376 are non-bailable sections.
