The next hearing is scheduled for October 14.

Bombay-High-Court Defamation-Suit Payal-Ghosh

In the latest development on Richa Chadha and Payal Ghosh's controversial case of defamation, the latter has decided to apologize to Richa but on conditions.

According to the report of E Times, the Bombay High Court has granted two days to Payal and Richa to file their consent terms so the matter can be settled in the court. Actress Ghosh is all set to apologize, however, will only do so if Chadha will assure her that she would not file any other case of criminal charges against her after the conflict gets resolved.

Payal's lawyer has told the justice, "After the last hearing, Ms. Chadha made certain statements to the media saying she has won the case. That resulted in Ms. Ghosh being trolled on social media. But she would like to settle the matter."

However, during the last hearing, the Court directed to both the parties that if they wish to settle this dispute then they will have to talk among themselves instead of "others". The Court has said them to file the consent terms at the earliest.
