Swara Bhasker hasnever refrained from voicing her thoughts on social media and often sparks acontroversy with her tweets. In her latest Twitter post, Swara hasexpressed her thoughts on Taliban taking control of Afghanistan andthis has not gone down well with netizens. Her viewpoint, on the otherhand, has enraged the Twittersphere.
Swara Bhasker hadcompared Afghanistan's situation with that of India.
"We can’t beokay with Hindutva terror & be all shocked & devastated at Talibanterror... & We can’t be chill with #Taliban terror, and then be allindignant about #Hindutva terror! Our humanitarian & ethical values shouldnot be based on the identity of the oppressor or oppressed," she tweeted.
The fact that sheidentified the word "terror" with "Hindutva" made her asubject of hate. Thousands of people are now asking for her arrest onTwitter.
"#ArrestSwaraBhaskerfor defaming our religion, making false allegations, spreading haterate &anger among public on social media & hurting ones religious &ideological sentiments," wrote a Twitter user.
