Ever since Mirzapur season 2 has been dropped on Amazon Prime, the web-series has drawn many controversies. From using the name 'Mirzapur' to a man killing his love inspired by Munna's character the web series has been in limelight for negative reasons. Now Mirzapur 2 is yet again in limelight.
Going by the reports, a petition has been filed in court against the web series Mirzapur-2 in Lucknow. In which there has been a complaint of showing the people of UP, Bihar in a wrong manner. There is also a complaint of showing the Bhojpuri speaking area as criminals. The President of Krishna Sena has applied in the court. FIR has been demanded in the series involving Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani, Pankaj Tripathi.
The CJM has summoned the report from Hazratganj police on the application. However, the web-series is not connected to Hazratganj in Lucknow. Earlier, Mirzapur MP Anupriya Patel seek legal action against makers for using the name 'Mirzapur' and showing it wrongfully.
