PM Modi’s address to the public of Una and Chamba in the poll-bound Himachal Pradesh has left a huge impact on the voters of Himachal. From the Vande Bharat Express to the drugs park BJP has indeed stepped up in the run for election later this year.

Narendra Modi was addressing from the Indira Stadium in Una and launched his scathing attack on the previous governments of Delhi. In his speech, he made this absolutely clear that formers CMs in the state have failed in bringing development to the state.

PM Modi made extensive remarks and campaigned for his party candidates in his speech, presenting his address’ major highlights in 10 points:

1. Mentioning people as their high command PM Modi said he is here only due to the blessings of the people and is committed to working for their development. This time in Himachal the custom will change and history will be made.

2. During the speech, PM Modi referred to former Chief Ministers Shanta Kumar and Prem Kumar Dhumal. Both the leaders were not present on the stage at the Chamba rally. Modi said that Prem Kumar Dhumal understood the need for electricity for the people. Earlier, it was not possible to reach the inaccessible area. During the time of Shanta Kumar, a request had to be made to Delhi for the officer of Himachal. Had to fight for electricity and water due to which Chamba lagged behind in development.

3. PM Modi started his address in a familiar manner by mentioning the nostalgia journey in Himachal by praising Una's sugarcane and Gandiyali. Modi said that he has already attended the court of Chintpurni Mata. The speech began by inquiring about the well-being in the local dialect of Una. In Chamba also, the PM started the dialogue in the Chambayali dialect.

4. When PM Modi flagged off the Vande Bharat Express train, he highlighted the issue of connectivity at the very beginning of the address. The PM said that he used to think that the day the connectivity will increase, industries will start setting up and the youth of the state will not have to travel out for resources and opportunities.

5. During his speech PM Modi mentioned that I have brought connectivity to the state of Himachal. Loaded with massive challenges, besides being nurtured with natural diversities and getting a bulk drug pharma here is a very big deal.

6. The people of Himachal Pradesh were longing for the train, but today not only the train but the most modern train in India has been received by the people of the mountain. Along with connectivity, the Vande Bharat Express train will even ensure employment opportunities of the people in the valley.

7. Targeting the previous governments PM Modi said that they did not understand the suffering of the people of the hills. He said that there were some governments in India that made all facilities difficult for common people. I Have seen the mothers and sisters of Himachal very closely, due to the lack of roads it was difficult to go to the hospital.

8. PM Modi said that we have to stop here or we have to work even further. His gesture was towards further development. In his speech, he said that we will do this work together. Besides, delivering the facilities of the 20th century and working on the needs ahead in the 21st century.

9. With the launch of the Vande Bharat Express train, connectivity with shaktipeeths and other religious places will be easy. It will be easy to reach Chintpurni, Naina Devi, Jwalaji Devi, Kangra Devi, and Anandpur Sahib. Earlier, these facilities were based on watching political benefits only.

10. Earlier, the development of Himachal was measured on the number of seats in the Parliament of Himachal. The facilities were given for political gains but, now this perception has been completely changed. Tribal areas and hill states are being given an equal importance.
