Punjab National Bank (PNB) users have been complaining of disruption in services. On Tuesday, a user named Rohit Sharma reached out to True Scoop News and revealed about the 'PNB server disruption'. Rohit alleged that Punjab National Bank server is down and due to this he could not deposit or withdraw any money into his bank account. Rohit further alleged that PNB is also facing disruption in services in its UPI services. Rohit visited Punjab National Bank's branch in Jalandhar Cantt Notably, True Scoop News tried to dig more about PNB server down and it found a video on YouTube where people were talking about the problems they faced due to the PNB server down. The video is of Sonamura, Tripura.
A news portal named HelloBanker shared a press release from Punjab National Bank in which it apologized to the account holders for the difficulties. However, PNB denied any issues with its net banking and UPI services. The bank reportedly stated that its technical team is diligently working to resolve the issue.
