South superstar Prabhas has made his name pan-India ever since his movie Baahubali was released worldwide a few years back. In order to woo fans around the world, Prabhas' wax statue was installed in Mysore at the Chamundeshwari Celebrity Wax Museum. While at first fans went gaga over Prabhas' Baahubali wax statue in Mysuru Museum, the period drama movie's producer Shobu Yarlagadda expressed his displeasure over it and threatened to take legal action. Following his displeasure and legal threat, Chamundeshwari Celebrity Wax Museum has reportedly decided to remove Prabhas wax statue. Why did Mysuru Museam remove Prabhas wax statue?

Shobu Yarlagadda threatened to take steps against the statue. Producer Yarlagadda took to X and shared the photo of the Prabhas wax statue from the museum and wrote, “This is not an officially licensed work and was done without our permission or knowledge. We will be taking immediate steps to get this removed.” After the producer's dissatisfaction, the museum team decided to remove Prabhas' statue. The museum owner was reportedly quoted by a portal saying, “The producer vented his ire over the statue. As we don’t want to hurt anyone’s sentiment, we will be removing the statue.”

Prabhas, popularly known as the Darling star, is all set to make cinematic history by joining forces with renowned director Prashanth Neel for the highly-anticipated action-thriller, Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire.Originally scheduled for a grand theatrical release in five major Indian languages on September 28, 2023, Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire now faces an unforeseen delay. The filmmakers took to social media to share this news, stating, "We deeply appreciate your unwavering support for #Salaar. With consideration, we must delay the original September 28 release due to unforeseen circumstances."
