Along with her tweet, the Dil Diya Hai actress included a lengthy note. Geeta wrote in the caption that yoga has provided her "relief" throughout her pregnancy, despite the coronavirus pandemic. Before becoming pregnant, the former actress said she used to practise yoga.
Geeta wrote: "So during Covid times when there's very little to no physical activity.. you can't go anywhere, unsafe to go to gyms etc especially for expecting mothers, the one thing that has got me through this pregnancy is yoga. It was something I practiced with my guru @rohitflowyoga even before being pregnant on a daily basis but during pregnancy with constant backaches and cramps yoga has surely given me relief in many ways..."
"...So for many expectant mothers out there looking for some form of exercise, this is something I truly recommend (even to those who are not pregnant). But please note any form of training and practice should only be done under the supervision of a professional," her caption read.
Suresh Raina, a former India cricketer and Harbhajan's ex-teammate, and his wife sent their best wishes. Neha Dhupia, a Bollywood star, also congratulated them. They married in 2015 and have a daughter together. Geeta shared a family picture on Instagram with the spinner and their daughter Hinaya Heer Plaha. Hinaya is wearing a T-shirt that reads, "Soon to be a Big Sister."
