Priyanka Chopra opens up why she opted for ‘The Sky Is Pink’ over Salman Khan’s ‘Bharat’. Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently swaddled up the shoot of her upcoming next 'The Sky is Pink'. Day before yesterday the team partied all night at a pub in Mumbai. On the occasion, the international star revealed the reason for taking up Shonali Bose's film over Salman Khan's 'Bharat'.
While talking at the party, the actress revealed why she chose 'The Sky Is Pink' but the twist here is her statement was that she never took the name of 'Bharat' instead she called it a song and dance film. PC was the first choice for the film however she left just before the shoot was about to start and later Katrina Kaif was roped in as her replacement.
Meanwhile, the film which is slated to release in October is a love story of motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary's parents. Aisha was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis.
On the other hand, Salman Khan starrer Bharat released last week and turned out to be a huge hit at the box office. During the promotions of Bharat talking about Priyanka, Salman said that Priyanka has had a huge struggle in her career before she went on to become this super achiever.
