In her much awaited first speech after debut in politics, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra took on Prime Minister Narendra Modi hands on in a public rally in Gujarat. The Congress General Secretary used some really strong words appealing the voters to ask the right questions and making the right decision in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

"Your vote is your weapon. Make the right decision, ask the right questions." said the newly appointed General Secretary.

"Think and decide - those who talk big in front of you, where are the jobs they promised? What about the Rs. 15 lakh in every bank account that they talked about? What about women's safety?" she added.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has seemed to pull the right strings as the Congress supporters were seemingly more interested in Priyanka's speech as the public started departing after she finished her speech even before Rahul Gandhi touched his mic.

Priyanka Gandhi has already dropped hints of not contesting for Lok Sabha Polls quoting her party responsibilities. Her husband Robert Vadra is being probed by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case related to a London-based property.

"This is nothing less than the independence movement. Our institutions are being attacked, hatred is being spread everywhere. There can be no bigger thing than guarding the country and moving ahead together. This nation is based on love and brotherhood. It is sad at what is happening in the country these days. There is no bigger patriotism than awareness. Your awareness is a weapon; your vote is a weapon. It is a weapon that will not hurt or harm anyone. It is a weapon that will strengthen you," she said.

According to some party workers, she might also be considered as a candidate for the position of Prime Minister.
