The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has decided not to re-evaluate answer papers of students unhappy with their marks, effective from 2023-24.
The decision to not allow re-evaluation was made considering the inconvenience caused to examinees due to result delays and technical reasons. However, the option for re-checking answer sheets will continue as before, providing students with an avenue to address any concerns that they may have.
To enhance the quality of education under the Board, PSEB is also implementing special changes in various aspects, including school activities, infrastructure, financial reform, and teacher training. The board cites result delays as the reason for discontinuing this option, but re-checking by students will still be available.
