Puducherry: On Saturday, Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy maintained that despite hindrances from the central government and Lt Governor in implementing the schemes, the Puducherry administration managed to pull on during 2018.
Talking to media persons, Mr Narayanasamy said that in spite of various hindrances in implementing schemes, including non availability of funds from central government, Puducherry bagged several awards including best administered state among small states, best law and order maintained state among others. He said that the change will come next year, when there will be Congress government at the centre and it would provide funds for Puducherry.
