Technology is taking the World to another level. Wedding season is going around. Many celebs are also tying knots with each other. A strange wedding ceremony between a Pune couple is getting viral on the Internet.
Pune’s pair has become India’s first couple to tie the knot by holding a blockchain wedding. Shruti Nair and Anil Narasipuram got married by sitting in front of their computers in presence of a digital priest Anoop Pakki.
“Considering the pandemic era that we live in we decided to keep things small with a courthouse wedding, also known as a ‘Registered Marriage’ in India. We also decided to immortalize our union using blockchain technology,” stated Anil.
Anil took to Twitter and shared a series of posts talking about their marriage.
