On March 17, late Sidhu Moosewala’s brother, Subhdeep Singh Sindhu's, first birthday was celebrated at Moosa Haveli. On the 1st birthday of Subhdeep Sidhu, the family cordially invited many known dignitaries of Punjab. Notably, the celebration was attended by the former Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi, who had visited the Moosa Haveli on invitation of Moosewaala’s parents. Mr. Charanjit extended his warm wishes to the family and celebrated the special day by cake-cutting.

Charanjit Channi was observed attending the celebration, wearing white kurta pajamas and a pink turban. The Moosa family overwhelmingly welcomed Channi.
