On the occasion of Maha Shivratri, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will be visiting Jalandhar on Saturday to pay obeisance at two temples. This for the eighth time that CM Mann will be visiting Jalandhar in past two weeks.
Reportedly, CM Bhagwant Mann will first pay obeisance at the Mahalaxmi temple. After this, he will go to Shaktipeeth Shri Devi Talab Temple in the afternoon and offer prayers.
Prior to Jalandhar Lok Sabha by-elections, CM Mann’s visit to the city have seen an increase. Jalandhar Lok Sabha Election is the biggest challenge and ultimate test for Aam Aadmi Party. There are many issues that can be obstacles for the party in winning elections. Also, it is a big challenge for AAP to win this election because after coming to power lost the byelection in Sangrur from Shiromani Akali Dal’s Simranjit Singh Mann. If somehow AAP loses Jalandhar Lok Sabha Elections, then if can have a serious impact on Arvind Kejriwal in upcoming PM elections.
