The wait for people seeking job opportunities in the teaching field is over. The Elementary Teacher Training Recruitment in Punjab has got a golden opportunity for all the candidates as it has announced the start of its recruitment drive. Official notification for the recruitment of ETT teachers has been released by the Education Recruitment Board Punjab in the School Education Department. According to the notification that has been released, a total of 5994 teachers will be recruited for the mentioned posts.
Candidates who want to avail the opportunity can apply for the recruitment online by visiting the official website of the education board- educationrecruitmentboard.com. The process of application will commence from October 14 2022 and will end on 10th November 2022. The fees to be paid to apply for the recruitment is Rs. 1,000 for the general category and Rs. 500 SC, ST, and disabled candidates. Among the news posts, 975 out of 1170 have already been reserved for women.
The eligibility criteria to apply for the recruitment is that the candidate must have passed the 12th standard from a recognized board and should have also completed 2 years of Elementary Teachers Training Courses or a Diploma in Elementary Education.
A written test will be conducted by the board for the selection of candidates applying for ETT teacher recruitment and the qualifying candidates will be selected based on document verification and medical examination. Along with this, the salary of ETT teachers will be 29,200/- per month.
