Punjab CM Mann to live in Jalandhar even after bye-elections for two to three days a week in Camp office

The poll bugle for Jalandhar West Bye Elections 2024 has been sounded and all the parties have braced up to woo the voters once again. In the meantime, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday announced that he will continue to remain in Jalandhar even after completion of Bye-polls. CM Mann informed that he will continue to stay in a rented camp office in Jalandhar for two to three days a week to ensure that development works are done and poll promises are fulfilled. 

Punjab CM Mann said that he will shift his base to Jalandhar in the coming days to ensure that party wins this seat with historic margin. Bhagwant Singh Mann said he will strategise and execute the campaign of the party from a rented house in the Jalandhar city. He said that he will live in this house for minimum two three days in a week and ensure Victory of party.

The CM further said that even after elections the house in city will act as a CM camp office for the residents of Doaba and Majha region. He said that the residents of both these regions can come at this camp office for getting their routine works done. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he will be personally available to people at this camp house for effective and immediate redressal of grievances of people. 

It means Jalandhar will become the epicenter of Punjab in terms of both political and developmental works as Punjab CM Mann fulfills his promise. 

AAP's promises for Jalandhar West Bye Elections

1. Water works will be set up in every area to provide clean drinking water.
2. New and big sewerage treatment projects will be set up for the entire constituency.
3. Written instructions will be given to the Electricity Board to remove the network of electric wires in the constituency including Basti Sheikh, Basti Danishmanda, Basti Guja, Basti Peer Dad and Mithu Basti.
4. Street lights will be installed in every street and locality of the constituency and arrangements will be made for their maintenance.
5. Along with ending drug trafficking, lottery mafia will be legally eliminated in Basti Danishmanda, Basti Bhargava Camp and Basti Thawa Khel
6. Garbage dumps in Varyana will be removed
7. Specialist doctors, all tests and free medicines will be ensured in every mohalla clinic
8. CCTV cameras will be installed in J.P. Nagar, Model house and Harbans Nagar areas for the safety of the people of the constituency
9. All old roads will be repaired and the width of the main roads of the constituency, Basti Danishmanda Road and Basti Thawa Khel Road will be increased to 120 feet
10. A new sewerage treatment plant will be set up in Gautam Nagar.
