The Punjab Police will commence its recruitment for the current year from tomorrow to fill 1191 posts in the department for various ranks.
For this, the examination of the constable rank jawans will be held on October 14, for the head constable on October 15th, While the SI rank recruitment examination is scheduled for October 15-16.
Candidates will have to reach the exam center with both their admit cards for Paper I and Paper II. As declared the recruitment test is OMR based which will be ensuring the transparency process for which the notification has already been updated on the official Twitter account of the Punjab Police.
A total of 560 posts of SI rank jawans are to be recruited in the Investigation, Intelligence, District, and Armed Police Cadre of Punjab Police. Apart from this, there will be a recruitment test for 787 Head Constable rank soldiers in the Investigation Cadre.
