Lawrence Bishnoi's plea was dismissed by Punjab and Haryana High Court: Gangster Lawrence has got a big setback from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. In fact, after the murder of Sidhu Moosewala, the High Court has rejected the petition not to bring him to Punjab on a production warrant. Lawrence Bishnoi said that the Punjab Police can bring him to Punjab and do an encounter.

In the petition, threat of life

Lawrence Bishnoi, in his petition, had asked the court not to send him to Punjab for investigation, stating that his life was in danger. On this, the High Court said, 'Lawrence's petition is not mature. Since there is nothing on record as of now, then there is no basis for such a petition.

Bishnoi is in the remand of a special cell

The Special Cell of Delhi Police had detained Lawrence Bishnoi for five days in an old case. Sources said that the Special Cell is interrogating him in connection with the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.

At present, Lawrence Bishnoi is with Delhi Police on 5-day remand, in such a situation it is being said that if the need arises as soon as the remand is over, the Punjab Police can ask for its production warrant from the court.

Demand for increased security

Bishnoi has said in his application that, he is being implicated in the murder case of Sidhu Moosewala and if he is taken to Punjab for questioning, the rival gang may kill him.

In such a situation, he should be interrogated in Tihar Jail itself and if he is taken to Punjab based on the warrant, then instructions should be given to make strong arrangements for his security. That is, it is clear that after the murder of Moosewala, Bishnoi has demanded to increase his security.
