South Indian icon Allu Arjun is reprising his role in the second iteration of the Pushpa franchise, alongside fan favorite Rashmika Mandanna. After the massive success of Pushpa 1, a story chronicling the rise of Pushpa from a simple man to one of the most successful smugglers in the country, the second part will show his escape from authorities, his time on the run and eventual return to rule of his beloved people. The movie promises the typical Pushpa experience but with the dials turned up.
The movie is slated for release in December this year and is likely to be a big hit, continuing the success of the franchise.
