Raj Kundra Pornography Case: The troubles of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra may increase once again in the pornography case. ED has started taking him on its radar. The Enforcement Directorate has registered a money laundering case against him in the pornography case.
A case has been registered against him under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Earlier, Mumbai Police had registered a case of pornography against him in 2021. He was arrested on 19 July 2021. After which Kundra spent 60 days in jail. At present, he is out on bail.
Raj Kundra is accused of sharing pornographic movies through an app named HotShots. The earnings of these porn films have been sent from 13 different accounts in the company of Raj Kundra. According to the ED investigation, in February 2019, Raj Kundra had formed a company named Arms Prime Media Limited.
After this, the Hotshots app was developed. After which this app was sold by Kundra to UK's Kenrin Company for 25 thousand dollars.
The CEO of this company is Pradeep Bakshi Raj Kundra's brother-in-law. Kenrin and Raj Kundra's company Vihaan had a tie-up for the maintenance of the Hotshots app. Due to this, transactions took place in 13 different bank accounts, which the ED is looking at by linking it to money laundering.

What is a porn racket case
In July last year, Mumbai Police arrested five people who used to make porn films. Not only this but these five are also used to cheat people on the pretext of getting work in films and web series. Many models and actors were made porn films on the pretext of getting them roles in films. Whatever shooting of these films took place near Aksa in Mud Island and Malad.
The entire film was shot in a rented bungalow or apartment. The accused would call the actresses and hand them a separate script. He was also asked to give news scenes. When someone denied it, the threats were allegedly made in different ways. After this nude clip was uploaded on an app. Raj Kundra was also arrested in the same case.
Cases are registered against Kundra in many sections. In which IPC section 292, 296 makings and selling obscene material under section 420 betrayal, cheating. Putting and transmitting obscene material in electronic form under section 67, 67(a) of the Information Technology Act. Prohibition of Discriminatory Representation of Women Act, Section 2(g) 3, 4, 6, 7 Making, selling and disseminating obscene films relating to women. Kundra was arrested under all these sections.
