Jitendra Kumar has a distinct fan base in the digital entertainment world. This has been expanding from 'Kota Factory' to 'Panchayat'. OTT people are also his fans and Jitendra Kumar is liking this. He is the new Amol Palekar of fictional stories and just like Amol Palekar, Jitendra Kumar is seen in every character of these stories. Stories are being written keeping this personality in mind. The DNA of each of his characters is the same.

A Small-town young man with a colourful dreams floating in the eyes. He struggles to fulfil these dreams and on the pretext of this struggle, the camera revolves around the common life of small towns. If village Fakauli of the 'Panchayat' series is changed to Neemuch and Sachivji is asked to do magic in the village after taking him out of the Panchayat office, then the film becomes 'Jaadugar'. Jitendra Kumar's achievement in this film is that he is the hero of such a film.

Meenu of Neemuch village is passionate to learn everything as he doesn't wait after one girl leaves his life and another comes.  Biswapati Sarkar, who came out of IIT, writes a story like this that any young man in a small town is free to chase a girl until she agrees as Meenu is doing the same.

If the audience sympathizes with the hero for his actions, then his parents have to be killed in an accident. Now the hero is an orphan. The uncle carries on his father's football legacy. He wants to keep his nephew in his team and their dreams come together with the dream of winning the next tournament. The story is not bad but it is long. So long that while watching the film, you can continue to do other household chores and if you come back, then nothing special will be left in the story.

TVF's trio's magic neutral film 'Jadoogar' director Sameer Saxena has been handling the production of TVF's series. Along with TVF's colleagues Biswapati Sarkar and Jitendra Kumar, he has made this film out of the TVF banner. All three also have this certificate that there is a lot of entertainment in their series.

And, the overconfidence of this certificate is what drowns this film. A player from Neemuch town of Madhya Pradesh once scored a tremendous penalty kick in the Asian Games. In the name of that player, this town organizes a football tournament. Football has been a favourite subject of Hindi cinema since the time of 'Hip- Hip' Hurray. Biswapati Sarkar has mixed a love story here with a sports drama. These days the stories of Hindi films are being written like this. Take any two hit movies and make them a cocktail.

Well, if the film is made, then it will be released and if the second season of 'Panchayat' has also become a hit, then what can be a better chance to release 'Jaadugar' than this. If this film had been released in theatres, then it is certain that half the audience would have started leaving in the middle of the film itself.

Just thinking of an OTT film of two hours and 46 minutes, one starts getting tired. But, it seems that whatever its director Sameer Saxena shot, his editor Dev Rao Jadhav has not left any footage from it. The story of the film is boring and the dialogues seem to be complete. Yes, a couple of scenes in the film do affect, like trying to reach the girl who lost her way at night to the house by ringing the cycle bell.

Jitendra Kumar is getting bored, and Aarushi Sharma impresses more than Jitendra Kumar in terms of acting. Jitendra Kumar is the Rajkumar Rao of OTT. His name is being sold. He is also collecting it well but the life of OTT stories is very short. It is just like kulfi. And, Jitendra Kumar is trying to somehow get out of the web series and become the hero of the films. He has already tried it on the big screen too.

But, due to the efforts he is making, his OTT audience may soon get bored with him. Getting a capable actor like Javed Jaffrey in a caricature-like character is the hallmark of this changing era. It is nice to see Manoj Joshi smiling on screen.

See if you don't see the film 'Jaadugar' is actually like a long web series. Its creators might have felt that if this would be a web series, then after watching its first episode, hardly people go to the next episode, then it is better to make a complete film of two hours and 46 minutes and release it together.

Even if you do not watch the film, you will not miss anything special and yes, if you have to watch it because of Jitendra Kumar, then after half an hour, the film can be settled in four to five days.
